My professional experience had started from the business world, specifically, I had been a financial consultant in a big international company. I had been promoted to manager position and had been building up teams from scratch. Also I had run big and small projects, evaluated risks and built relationships with clients.
And all this continued until I understood that my strong side is working with people, building relationships, resolving conflicts. From that moment I have been looking for every opportunity to use these skills and talents: facilitating meetings, teaching and developing others, listening deeply to peoples' problems. Since then and up to now I have been intensively learning tools that can help me in my "people development" career: emotionally-focused therapy, psycho-diagnostic methods, coaching oriented on results, body-oriented techniques (embodiment), and meditation.
