Life path of each person is unique. And professional development plays an important role in it. Uniqueness of my professional path is that I did not find "the job of my life" immediately.
My professional experience had started from the business world, specifically, I had been a financial consultant in a big international company. I had been promoted to manager position and had been building up teams from scratch. Also I had run big and small projects, evaluated risks and built relationships with clients.
And all this continued until I understood that my strong side is working with people, building relationships, resolving conflicts. From that moment I have been looking for every opportunity to use these skills and talents: facilitating meetings, teaching and developing others, listening deeply to peoples' problems. Since then and up to now I have been intensively learning tools that can help me in my "people development" career: emotionally-focused therapy, psycho-diagnostic methods, coaching oriented on results, body-oriented techniques (embodiment), and meditation.

Presently, I conduct business skills training in the large international and Russian companies, in Russia as well as abroad. My previous experience in the business environment helped me enormously in my current work area. Because I know on my own practice what my clients face. Besides teaching business skills, I teach at universities, have private psychotherapy and coaching consultations for individuals and groups.
How Do I Work?
At the moment, I live and work in Hungary (Budapest), Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg and other cities) and from time to time conducting retreats in some exotic locations. It means that I work both personally and online.
In addition to regular coaching and therapy sessions, we have an opportunity for a more deep and focused work in a retreat/travel mode. It can be a wonderful experience to combine vacation and sight-seeing with some useful personal discoveries during a hiking trip in the mountains.

If speaking about online work, it is a good way for individual therapy during these intense times. However, personally I prefer live sessions, which are especially necessary for body-oriented therapy and somatic work. I offer my clients a combined method of live and distance work, which is proven to be effective.

In 1996 I got BA degree in Business Administration in Lindenwood University (USA)
In 2000 I got second degree in "Human rights lawyer" in Moscow Academy of Entrepreneurships at Moscow Government
In 2007 I got a professional development degree in Psychological Consultation in Institute of Coaching (Saint-Petersburg)
In 2011 I got qualified as a Executive Coaching Practitioner in Academy of Executive Coaching (UK)
I am qualified SHL consultant of 360 degrees assessment, MBTI and SDI diagnostic tools
In 2011 I finished Leadership Program of Franklin Covey (by Stephen Covey methodology)
In 2012 I got certified as an assessor in Leadership Circle system (USA)
In 2015−2019 I have been trained in cognitive and body-oriented psychology, Mindfulness, Embodiment, Narrative Practices, Solution Based Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
In 2019 I graduated and got certified in EFT in working with couples and individuals in The International Centre For Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT, Canada)
I am committed to continuously advance my knowledge in psychotherapy and coaching, also by taking supervision sessions with accredited Russian and international specialists from USA, Canada, England, Hungary

I have conducted more than 600 training and consulting projects in throughout Russia, CIS countries, Europe, USA, Canada, Morocco and UAE. I have collaborated with the largest Russian and International companies. Some of them are: Gazprom and its subsidiaries, MTS, Shell, MOL, Unicreditbank, Aeroflot, Boehringer Ingelheim, Pfizer, Rosneft, Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), General Electric (GE), Alfa Bank, VTB, as well as otherr manufacturing and trading companies.
