I have conducted more than 600 training and consulting projects throughout Russia, CIS countries, Europe, USA, Canada, Morocco and UAE. I have collaborated with the largest Russian and International companies. Some of them are: Gazprom and its subsidiaries, MTS, Shell, MOL, Unicreditbank, Aeroflot, Boehringer Ingelheim, Pfizer, Rosneft, Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), General Electric (GE), Alfa Bank, VTB, as well as other manufacturing and trading companies.

My specialization areas are business skills training design and delivery, organizational consulting, personnel assessment centers, individual and group coaching, meeting facilitation. I have designed my own specialized business skills programs on the following topics: Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Effective Business Communication, Conflict Management and Public Speaking.

I have been a leading instructor of MBA and Leadership Programs at PwC Academy International Offices in Russia, Europe and North American countries since 2014.
I participated in development and delivery of the Executive MBA programs (Central European University, Budapest).
